Whoopie pies!!

Last December I fist heard of whoopie pies and made some gingerbread whoopie pies (on the left in the picture, on the right is eggnog cookies).



They were so yummy and the gingerbread cookie didn't get hard and crunchy. They were soft and moist and everyone who had one said that they were great. Which means that I was not the only one who liked them.

Then this last month I got the following magazine in the mail.



Next thing I knew I had this on my counter...



And here is my finished product.





Of course, I like to bake sweets but the two of us can't eat them all, so we found homes for most of these whoopie pies.
